STREAMWRIGHT PRIVATE BETA

Beta Terms

These terms explain the expectations for using Streamwright while the product is still being tested with a small group of creators.

Effective August 1, 2026 · Private beta

Beta access

Streamwright private-beta access is limited, personal, and may be changed or withdrawn. Individual invite links are intended only for the tester named by the founder and may expire or be revoked separately. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the requirements of every streaming platform you connect.

Acceptable use

  • Use Streamwright only with accounts and streams you are authorized to operate.
  • Do not attempt to bypass beta access, access another creator’s records, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected systems.
  • Do not use generated suggestions to violate Kick rules, third-party rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Creator responsibility

You remain responsible for your stream, moderation, posts, sponsorship disclosures, copyright permissions, financial decisions, and compliance with platform rules. Streamwright suggestions are assistive drafts, not guarantees of audience growth, virality, earnings, or technical performance.

Experimental service

The beta may contain errors, lose availability, change features, or produce incomplete recommendations. Test important workflows before relying on them during a broadcast. Streamwright is provided on an as-available basis during the beta to the extent permitted by law.

Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Streamwright the limited permission needed to process connected events, selected recordings, finished clips, and creator inputs to operate the service for you. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload each recording. Feedback may be used to improve Streamwright without an obligation to compensate you, but it will not be published with your identity without permission.

Payments

Billing is not active during the private beta. Founder and Pro prices shown on the landing page are planned, may change, and do not create a purchase commitment. Paid terms, cancellation rules, taxes, and renewal disclosures will be added before any payment is collected.

Third-party platforms

Kick, OBS, social networks, and other connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Streamwright is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services unless explicitly stated. Their availability and APIs may change.

Ending access

You may stop using Streamwright and disconnect Kick at any time. Disconnecting revokes current access but does not automatically delete finished clips or historical records; submit a verified deletion request through the dashboard if you want server-side creator data removed. Streamwright may suspend beta access for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Provisions that should reasonably survive—such as ownership, responsibility, and limitations—continue after access ends.

Changes and contact

These are private-beta draft terms. Material updates will be identified before broader release. Questions can be submitted through the in-app feedback control.
